We offer multi-day retreats to assist in clearing your mind, so you can reset your boundaries, goals, and personal expectations.

Too often melanated women, specifically Black woman have been tasked with the burden of keep life in order. Not just our lives, but rather the lives of the collective society. We often fix problems we didn’t create while holding space for people who squeeze us out. So now, it is time to retire the martyr, the fixer, the strong one and all the other labels that keep us exhausted, frustrated, and burned out.
